Your local pharmacy
Most community pharmacies in Cumbria offer stop smoking advice from a trained pharmacist. You can get advice and access nicotine replacement therapies.
Ask your local participating pharmacy for details.
Your GP surgery
Your GP or practice nurse will also be able to give you advice or information on quitting smoking and also prescribe access to nicotine replacement therapies if appropriate.
